“I help with a wide variety of problems from headaches to low back pain. I treat people from all walks of life, aged from 15-94, and I love it!
I was inspired to be an osteopath after a road traffic accident (I was not driving) left me in lots of pain. I met an amazing osteopath who helped me live again by getting me pain free. I was so inspired I trained to be an osteopath myself so I can help others the way I was helped.
Prior to joining Sussex Back Pain Clinic, I did a postgraduate qualification in treating animals osteopathically, enabling me to treat horses, dogs, cats and the occasional pig! I also have a postgraduate qualification in cranial osteopathy and love using it on humans and animals.
Outside of osteopathy, I’m involved in the barefoot running world. I write ‘injury corner’ for an online magazine and help organise the annual barefoot run in Hove Park. I love running through woodlands and muddy fields (in minimalist shoes not barefoot) when I can. I also enjoy photography and am in the process of setting up an organic cosmetic skincare company.
I am the one usually seen wondering about the clinic with no shoes on.”
