Meet the Team
At the Sussex Back Pain Clinic we have a team of male and female osteopaths who have each trained for a minimum of 4 years at the leading UK osteopathic colleges. All our osteopaths are statutory regulated by the General Osteopathic Council (www.osteopathy.org.uk) under The Osteopaths Act 1993. We are registered with the British Osteopathic Association (www.osteopathy.org), and are also professional members of BackCare, the national charity for healthier backs. Use of the title ‘Osteopath’ is protected by law and restricted only to those on the Osteopathic Register. Osteopaths are primary healthcare providers giving osteopaths the same legal status as doctors, dentists and chiropractors. |

Following a number of years of successfully teaching in private practice, and whilst still remaining in private practice, Carl returned to the course on a part time basis to become a member of the teaching staff at the college for three years. This entailed introducing all aspects of the Alexander Technique to the students and to encourage a deeper understanding of the Technique.
