Ever since I was a young child I was kicking footballs – almost before I was able to walk!

At that point for me it was clear I would grow up with an interest in physical fitness in general which then lead to me choosing a career in Osteopathy.

After gaining my high school science diploma I decided to travel abroad in order to join one of the main football academies in West London and also have a life and work experience far away from home. This was probably the best time of my life and, in the meantime, I realised that I could turn my passion for football and others sports into my career!!

I dedicated five years of my youth in order to obtain the best knowledge about human anatomy, physiology, biomechanics and pathology across two countries. After several years as a full time working student I gained my Batchelor of Science degree in Osteopathy from the International College of Osteopathic Medicine in Catania, Italy. Shortly after graduating I was able to enrol in a one year Masters course at Kingston University and achieved a Masters in Osteopathic Medicine. Alongside this, also achieving a Diploma in Football Medicine, awarded by the Federation Internationale of Football Association (FIFA).

I have also completed various other courses including kinesio taping and nutrition, as well as attending seminars regarding the use of visceral techniques as an alternative treatment for osteopathic patients and the use of Cranio-Sacral Therapy to approach patients with unstable conditions.

I consider myself a really active and open mind person, always focused more on other people’s needs before my own. My professional goal is to treat every patient as an individual and give each one of them a personalised treatment programme based on their current problem. In my view, quality is better than quantity and this is what I teach to my patients and how I help them to get better.
