Essentially, she focuses on stress and strain recovery and prevention, however it presents itself.
“We are complex systems, with changing and diverse lives, habits and activities. Just as pain stress and strain are caused by a lot of things, that often build up over time, getting well and staying well are dependent on many factors. Change and adaptation are vital players in the process of recovery. As osteopaths we aim to address the core issues, that may be contributing to cause pain. And we work with you, to create lasting change and well-being.”
