Sussex Back Pain Clinic

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend your appointment please advise us by 2pm on the day prior to your appointment (2pm on Friday for Monday appointments and Tuesday appointments after a bank holiday) and we will happily reschedule your appointment. If you advise us later than this time or do not attend your appointment the full appointment fee will be charged. This must be paid prior to you booking another appointment with us.

If you miss or cancel an appointment of the Better Back Programme at short notice and not adhering to our cancellation policy, the missed appointment will be counted as part of the programme. To add a replacement appointment the normal fee for an exercise session will be charged.

As is the case with many businesses the coronavirus situation has been an incredibly challenging time for us. Now, as businesses are able to open again, we are delighted that we are able to continue to offer our services to our patients but our schedules are limited due to having to limit the number of osteopaths and patients in the clinic at any one time so we have fewer appointments available. These appointments are in great demand but if people don't arrive for their appointments or cancel them at short notice we are unable to offer them to somebody else and this is wasted clinic time.

We know that life is busy and sometimes people just forget so we do send reminders prior to appointments. We also recommend that you add the appointment to your diary with an alert.

We really thank you for you cooperation with this and look forward to seeing you in the clinic.

Please note that a cancellation fee will not be charged if you are unable to attend your appointment due to having symptoms of Covid-19, if you have been contacted by track and trace or if you have been in contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with Covid-19.

Kind regards

Sussex Back Pain Clinic.
