Since 2011, I’ve been a proud member of the SBPC team, starting as a receptionist. I can honestly say that I thoroughly enjoy every aspect of my job. Meeting our patients and building genuine connections with them brings me immense satisfaction. The clinic itself has a wonderful, warm, and welcoming atmosphere, thanks to our exceptional reception team and the talented clinicians we have on board.

For several years, I had the privilege of serving as the Head Receptionist, where I was entrusted with managing the appointment diary and leading the reception team. It was a role that allowed me to fully immerse myself in the practice and contribute to its smooth operation.

Recently, I was fortunate enough to be promoted to the position of Practice Manager. This new role has given me the opportunity to take on complete responsibility for the entire practice. From ensuring efficient day-to-day operations to ensuring the happiness of both our patients and staff, I now have a broader scope to make a positive impact.

Outside of work, I enjoy swimming regularly, walking along the seafront, and spending time with my family.
