I joined the Sussex Back Pain Clinic in August 2023 as an IDD Assistant. I have always been interested in working in healthcare from a young age. Before relocating to Brighton & Hove in January 2023, I worked as a Registered Nurse in a Pediatric Cardiac ICU in San Francisco, California. I have a Bachelor’s in Public Health and Nursing and a Master’s in Nursing.
I am passionate about the work we are doing at Sussex Back Pain Clinic because I watched my grandfather go through many years of chronic back pain and multiple surgeries with limited relief. I am thrilled to be a part of this wonderful team of professionals committed to improving quality of life for our patients by providing a variety of pain relieving therapies.
Exercise, physiology and recovery is of great interest to me, therefore utilising my current skill set and experiences has enabled me to fulfil the position at the SBPC as part of the IDD team. The clinic is a friendly, caring and supportive environment, and it is a pleasure to be apart of a team who are committed to patients to ensure the best possible care.”
